CSC processing

Yesterday my friend call CSC
His EB2 ND is Aug first week and 485 pending

Friend : told CSC that new JIT shows NOV 19
iio : told it is wrong and their computer shows OCT 1 st
Don't know what is your source of info.

Friend : Planning to send fax inquiry
IIO: we have change our procedure and no need to do fax
He himself will take care and see that he gets something
either more info needed or approval
There is seperate Dept which looks for case not approved
and he will send message to them after they have finish
talking.

I don't know what IIO's are smoking now a days. They told me the case is pending and thats it. No information at all. Calling IIO is a waste of time. If the case is pending beyond JIT date (+ 1 month), start faxing INS (through your lawyer) and contact local senator's office.
