I spoke with an IIO yesterday about EB3 india processing time. He told that they are processing nov\'99 for EB3 especially India and EB2 - aug\'2000. They are processing all the old 99 cases for EB3 as the PD dates moved a lot in last 3 months. CSC processing times is not accurate and he says it could move backward further also. They were complaints about CSC processing random new cases without cleaning old 99 cases. They are trying to cleanup the cases it seems as per IIO.
