CSC->NSC , Suddenly card production ordered?

Received emails this morning saying card production ordered, no approval notice, no passport stamping, what is going on?
Am i missing something?

I-485 stuck in namecheck
I-485 CSC->NSC xfer : 02/2007
2nd FP : 04/2007
I-485 : delayed for ever ??
 
Yes i was a regular till i lost faith in the way INS works, it is simply unpredictable:)

PD 10/2001,
I485 ND: 10/2004
Most recent (2nd) FP : Apr 2007
Most recent EADs and APs : may 2007
No email notification of approval,
No approval document.
No PP stamping ( lawyer says that it is no longer required).
Card ordered notification on June 26th.
