CSC mysterious processing method

After seeing an approval from an Oct RD case (Nov ND) (in PCee List), I just don\'t know what to say anymore about the way CSC process applications. Is it by ND, RD, PD or luck? Just can\'t speculate anymore. the only choice I have is to relax and wait for my turn. This is really frustrating. Any analysis will be greatly appreciated

 "INS is still processing APRIL/MAY 2001 cases"
"INS is processing 10/11 month old cases"
Or
"INS is behind by 10/11 months as compared to target 6 months"
vs
"INS is processing cases upto October 2001 receipt dates as of now"
"INS has caught up with 6 month old cases for AOS(485)"

It gives a better image for INS.
Who cares for numbers outside?

Be ready to see it becoming "Current" soon.
They will process few cases of March 2002 and be current.
It is different story that a lot of folks with APRIL/MAY/JUNe/JULY/AUGUST/SEPT/OCT RD will be in mental traum and thinking of visiting their psychiatrists"
