Hi All
Let us track the progress of I140/485 cases in the California Service Center filed in the first half of 2006, through this tracker. We can maintain a spreadsheet of the progress as we go through the various stages.
Please reply with your info and I will keep updating the spreadsheet.

I am in the same status as you are.
Could you please confirm if your 485 is transfered to TSC or still in CSC.

I-140 Transfered to TSC on March 26 Approved April 10
I485 RD 1/17/06 (PD 4/15/99) No LUD
 
Has anyone sent their I-485 to CSC after April 1 and received a confirmation ?

Hi Folks,
Has anyone applied (shipped) their I-485 petitions to CSC after April 1 and received a receipt for the same ?

Apparently my liar's (lawyer) assistant is stating for the past few weeks that there is an issue with the receipt notices from CSC on all petitions due to the backlog of H-1 applications coming in.

Appreciate your response to this.

CSC got my package on 03/20, but the attorney received reciept notices only on 04/26, with ND of 03/24 for all forms. We were about to start tracing check clearings, and following up on the issue, but they finally came in.
