I talked to my layer this Monday to ask her
whether the I485 processing is stopped or not
in CSC, she told me that CSC is still working
on the I485 cases, and last week she received
several approvals for EB I485 cases from CSC,
but those cases were all of the old case (about
2 years ago case). Today INS LOVE\'s approval
report supported this guess. SO maybe we will
see more approvals of the old cases rather the
Sep/Oct cases in following several weeks. This
clearing backlog action is fine for us, it will
make the JIT move fast, and then let us (old case)
be able to send the fax inquiries to CSC soon.
Let\'s see what\'s going on.
