Eighteen (18) new cases were added to this edition for a total of 927
entries. For approvals, eight (8) cases were posted since last Tuesday\'s
update:

Processing is very slow but moving along. The latest ND approval is progressing
to December 2000 (only three months ago!). Also, everybody on the list should
have received or should expect to receive a finger print notice.

Hi, ciba.
My case is not approved.

My case will be transfer to LA office.
And I am scare to death because there is a chance for deportation just like a NSC folk you told me.

Right now I\'m not sleeping well nor eating well.
I now found out a evidence of my GC fraud.
A few days ago, I searched my personal file cabinet and find out the envelop(letter inside was snatched and never return by person who proceed this fraud)from Los Angeles Asylum Office.

Now I confirmed I have filed as a Asylum once in seven years ago.

If anyone has any comment, please post...

I read the message you posted the other day about your case.
It looks like you were misled by that jerk, and you did not
intend to commit immigration fraud. This is really unfortunate.

What is your lawyer take on this? If you can afford, perhaps
you can talk to a few more lawyers and see what they think.
It would make you feel better if you gather more info and know
all of your options.

I understand what you are feeling right now, and I wish I could
be more helpful. Please continue to keep us posted.

My lawyer doesn’t give me any advice…

He just said, we do not know the reason for your interview until the day you show up to LA office. Seems to me he does not want to talk to me anymore because I have clearly told about my GC fraud case very first time we met and he is the one recommended to do this EB procedure.

Also that was a bad timing to talk to…. It was Friday around 5 p.m.
He even said to me “You can go home anytime if you want to”
Isn’t it like telling me jumping off from the ship before get other side of land during across the ocean!!!!

Since he said to me like that I feel like got a death sentence….(Before, I feel like life-time sentence….. mean it never ends)

I really doubt about the sense of this person. How he can tell me about this…
But the same time I could imagine right now most of the immigration lawyers are very busy because of dead line of April.

This is really moneymaking time for all of them. People try to rush though the April(I don’t know which day). Don’t you agree?

 Please do not feel bad about mistake on your new listing.
I mean you are doing great work for all of us.
If it still OK, please change my EAD information as “1st EAD Aplv1/26, & Card Recv 1/30.

Since I start visiting this site and other site you often post your comment and gave many good advises. (I always amazed you remember all the people’s case? Even the old one.)

If you can spare the expense I would highly recommend talking to Edward Litwin at www.litwinlaw.com. He\'s up in SanFrancisco but he\'s very knowledgable, has been included in the "Best Lawyers of America" and "International Who\'s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers" etc.. My experience with him is that he is extremely knowledgeable about not only the Immigration law, but also the many gray areas and how the INS will react in these areas, as well as what your options would be.

Good information, that what I was looking for.

Before I was posting my stupid GC fraud story, I knew I might get hurt from some harsh posting from someone.
Because this is really ridiculous story.
I was a big fool.(May be I am still...)

All the CSC folks, thanks for all your opinions and advice.
