  CSC EB I485 Tracking Weekly (07/10/01)






Forty-six (46) new cases were added to this edition for a total of 1239
entries. For approvals, eight (8) cases were recorded since last Tuesday\'s
update:

 gmu (EB3, ND 11/99);
 dreamer2 (EB2, ND 01/00);
 vaiki (EB2, ND 01/01);
 BSangwan (EB2, ND 01/01);
 SRAJU (EB2, ND 01/01);
 austinpowers (EB2, ND 01/01);
 sunny007 (EB2, ND 02/01);



After implementing the online registration form, we have seen a surge of new entries.

Seems like EB3 and EB2 cases are getting different treatment from CSC. It seems CSC is processing ND 01/01 EB2 cases and old 1998 & 1999 EB3 cases.

Mishonio,

This is because the priority dates for those EB3
became current only recently. Those folks filed their
cases in the window oportunity between 07/99 to 02/00
(roughly) when PD for all categories became current
for all countries.
