  CSC EB I485 Tracking Weekly (06/05/01)

Due to personal (health) problem, I was not able to update the tracking
lists last Tuesday. Here is the latest update reflecting changes in the
two week periods between 05/22/01 and 06/05/01. Twenty-five (25) new cases
were added to this edition for a total of 1116 entries. For approvals,
eighteen (18) cases were recorded in the two week periods:

 dmv (EB3, ND 09/99);

 Shaks (EB2, ND 01/01);
 Movingforward (EB2, 01/01);
 yz18 (EB2, ND 02/01);

I did not get a chance to congratulate the lucky guys listed above, and I am doing
so here. I believe I have made all the changes informed me by e-mails or posted on
imminfo.com and immigrationportal.com. Those posted on isn.org have not been
reflected in this edition yet. I will go over the message board there in the next
few days. If you find your records not up-to-date, please let me know.

According to June visa bulletin, the magenta colors previously attached to non-current
PDs have all disappeared in the list. In other words, everybody is eligible for
adjudication.
