Nineteen (19) new cases were added to this edition for a total of 1072
entries. For approvals, fourteen (14) cases were recorded since last Tuesday\'s
update:

CSC continues to approve EB3 cases whose PD became current recently.


As promised in last week\'s tracking weekly, the interview list is modified slightly.
The change is to encourage interview folks to share their data. We can not stress
enough the importance of interview data in immigration tracking.


Finally, a folk named GCwretch mailed me an article detailing his GC journey.
As some folks have already known, the article is excellent. It contains not only
his own experience, but also other general information regarding immigration. The
message (in pdf format) has been posted in Individual Cases section under Personal
Experiences. Please go there to check it out. You probably need Acrobat (?)
software to read the article.

Hi Ciba,

I couldn\'t help, but notice that all the recent approvals are either EB1 or EB2. The EB3 cases are from at least a year or so ago. Do you think there is a reason for this, or is it just a coincidence?

I never realised so many ND 12/00 cases got approved...I guess some of these guys like Ponan e-mailed you directly since we did not see their approval listed on this discussion board.

It does appear EB3 is falling behind. However, if you look up
approvals in the last few weeks (see Tracking Weekly in archive),
you will find that there were a few EB3 approvals with recent
ND. I think it is just a coincidence.

Dimpu,

Panon and LannyW updated their data by e-mails. There is another
ND 12/00 approval in my mailbox.
