CSC I-485 **RFEs** in NOVEMBER 2002.

What goes on inside INS after you submit the docs is still an undiscovered mystery. Perhaps god knows....

From the old posts on this board, sometimes INS act on RFE submissions within a week, sometimes within weeks and other times within months. Just keep your fingers crossed and hope that they act on it asap.

As to the question of late or early submission, there is no indication if it harms or benefits in anyway. But one thing is for sure, submission past due date will certainly harm.
