Please add any new CSC I-485 approvals to this thread. Post only approvals to this thread so that it can be used (kind of data/summary tracking) to see recent approvals.

If you see any CSC I-485 approval any where on this board please post it to this thread with all the info (if it is not already posted to this thread). Please follow below guidelines while posting.
1. In the subject line, give it running serial number, member name (that got approved), and the subject line.
2. Entire text of their approval message (cut and paste including headers)
3. Please also provide a Link to that aproval thead/post (it helps a lot in maintaining summary as well as users can goto that thread to ask questions).

Also refrain from any other discussion (apart from just posting CSC I-485 approvals) in this thread so that we can keep it lean.

Online status not updated yet.Still says "On August 12, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 160 and 180 days for BLAH..BLAH..BLAH"

RFE Replied 8th august...status updated 12th august...received approval notice 4th september.My Lawyer sent an enquiry first week of june and that woke them up!

RFE: March 2003 (after calling the INS in Feb - Thanks to sillyman's advice)

Replied to RFE April last week.
Case transferred to local INS in June.
Interview: Aug 2003 - DAO didn't know about AC21 - said they will deny the petition (I changed 3 jobs after filign 485 and the company that filed 485 went out of biz within 2 months of filing)

Lawyer mailed them info on AC21 in Aug
Approved 09/05/03

went through a rollercoaster ride with the INS/BCIS.

Thanks to my Lawyer Got approved finally.

Finally the day has come. Our 485 is approved after 1/2 hour interview with ins officer in san diego office.
Interview was smooth, officer was cool.
Case approved with a stamp on passport.

Thanks to immigration.com & it's readers for prompt & timely
support.
As we file 485 all by ourself , this site has helped us a lot.

Finally approved!

CSC received RFE (w-2, paystubs, evl) on Sept. 3
I-485 approved on Sept. 9
My wife and I received notice Sept. 15

After RFE was received, this weird message came up: "This case can't be found......please call 1-800 customer service number..."

I did call. I punched in my wac# and heard the most wonderful words you can imagine: "This case has been approved on
Sept. 9...."

Our case got approved last week and got it stamped.

Did my 2nd fingerprinting in June
RFE - July 15
Replied - Aug 06
Approved - Sep-09

Did not know until i recieved the notice last week.

really approved ???
The case numbers were not found, and per Kashimar and
made a call at (800) number, saying this case has been approved.
(for me and my wife). However, the information on my kid ( online and phone ) is still received on Nov. 7, 2001.

Rd: Oct. 3, 2001, Nd: Nov. 7, 2001

Hi Folks,

BCIS online Case status says My case has been approved.
My case has long history, It is AC21 Case. The company filed my 140, no more in business. I switched job before <180 days and started working on EAD. Later, I got a RFE only one the online status, I never received it. Then the online status went to response for RFE received. When I called IIO, I was told, there was a RFE raised on your case later cancelled. This happened some time in Nov'2002.

I changed the job again to another company on Jan'03. I didn't Inform BCIS

Again in 2nd May 2003 I got a RFE for EVL and explanation if I intened to used AC21. Response for this RFE was sent on July 17th (but BCIS status said, they recd on July 25th 2003 *** the important thing is last date to respond my RFE was July24th).

After My 2nd RFE, I applied for a new H1 from my current employer. on that also I got a RFE asking for exact dates I was on H1 and AOS. Later It was approved on first week of July.

Based on my new H1, My wife and kids applied for H4 at Chennai consulate. Fun again, They got a RFE asking for good photographs. Then they got H4, and arrived immediately to US on first week of August. I filed for their 485 on 2nd week of August.

On July 28th i got 2nd FP notice. I complete finger printing on 2nd September. Then, my online status updated to recd results of the fingere print on 10th Sep.

10 mts ago, I checked the online status, It says, Approved......................................
Waiting for approval notice. For my family there is no staus changed. Alll says recd the 485 appln.
