If you see any CSC I-485 approval any where on this board please post it to this thread with all the info (if it is not already posted to this thread). Please follow below guidelines while posting.
1. In the subject line, give it running serial number, member name (that got approved), and the subject line.
2. Entire text of their approval message (cut and paste including headers)
3. Please also provide a Link to that aproval thead/post (it helps a lot in maintaining summary as well as users can goto that thread to ask questions).


Also refrain from any other discussion (apart from just posting CSC I-485 approvals) in this thread so that we can keep it clean.

I got the email from my lawyer that my and my spouse 485 got approved. Here are the details:
1. I-140 filed 10/2003, Approved 9/2004
2. 485 filed 10/2003, Approved 10/04/2004

EAD and AP approved 01/2004.
FP done 03/2004.

So far the status on the USCIS web site is not updated regarding the 485 approval

Finally approved.... Got the emails around 6:00 PM PST today. Thanks for all the support.

My case both for myself and spouse was approved on 09/23/04 and got the approval notices by mail today.There was no change in the online status and it still shows the same message.(second finger print received.....)

My 1-140 was approved on Sep 27th, 2004 and today Oct 7,2004 (few mins earlier) I got approval emails for I-485.

I140/I485 RD Dec 15th 2003-MidSize company.
I-140 LUD changed on Sep 27- Approval email on Sep 28th.
I-485 LUD changed on Sep 27,28,30 and Oct7th- Approval email on 7th..


I wish goodluck to all those who are awaiting approval. This has been a wonderful forum and I thank people like UN/Kashmir and many many others who are ready to help so many GC seekers..

I have a been an active person in this site during my labor petition, but since last 2 years (since 485 was filed) was quite busy, and couldnt contribute much. Anyways, my case (incl. my spouse) got approved on Oct 13th, 2004. I-485/I-140 concurrent processing:

I-485 - RD: 19th Dec, 02 -- ND: 27th Dec, 02 -- FP1: 20th Feb 03 -- FP2: Sept 28, 04 -- AD: 13th Oct, 04

I-140 - ND: 17th Nov 02 -- RD: 23th Nov 02 -- AD: June 5th 03

Had 2 travel permits, and 2 EADs until now

I have some information about my friends approvals in CA:
1) Friend/Spouse: 485 concurrent filed in Nov 02, Approved Sept 04
p2) Friend/SPouse: 485 concurrent filed Aug 02, Approved Mar 04
3) Friend/Spouse: 485 concurrent filed April 04, Approved Oct 04 - Lucky
4) Friend/Spouse: 485 concurrent filed Feb 04, Approved Oct 04 - Lucky

So I guess this is about 10 cases approved among our friends in SFO, CA within a span of 1 month. None of this info has been posted in the approvals, hence the stats seems to be pretty impressive.

Hi,

Mine & my wife's 485 applications are approved in this month.

485 ND 10/2002
1st FP: 09/2004 (unlike others we had to wait a long time for FP requests and FP is done only once for us).
For my wife 485 got approved on 10/13/2004 and for me it got approved on 10/20/2004.

So we waited 2 years for 485 to get approved.
