Please add any new CSC I-485 approvals to this thread. Post only approvals to this thread so that it can be used (kind of data/summary tracking) to see recent approvals.

If you see any CSC I-485 approval any where on this board please post it to this thread with all the info (if it is not already posted to this thread). Please follow below guidelines while posting.
1. In the subject line, give it running serial number, member name (that got approved), and the subject line.
2. Entire text of their approval message (cut and paste including headers)
3. Please also provide a Link to that aproval thead/post (it helps a lot in maintaining summary as well as users can goto that thread to ask questions).

Also refrain from any other discussion (apart from just posting CSC I-485 approvals) in this thread so that we can keep it lean.

Hi Everyone,

I have been using this site for a while, one of many silent participants.

After a long..long .. long time, I finally got approval on my I485 according to the INS website.

My details are stated below:

Receipt of I485 Application : Aug 15,2001
FP: March 23,2002 (as scheduled)
RFE: Sent on Sept 15
RFE : Ack on Sept 23
Approval on website : Oct 9 (It was mailed on Oct 8)

I guess things are moving now after the audit. I now have to get my stamp and get the plastic card as well.

Finally, got approved!!! This forum is really helpful and I visited here at twice a day in the past several months. Thanks for all your valuable information.

RD: 10/18/2001
ND:11/18/2001
FD: 1/2002 @SF
AD:10/22/2002

Talked to IIO a couple times. Yesterday afternoon around 4pm, I checked case status on line, it said: "on January 22, 2001, your finger print....bla..bla" I don't know when they updated informaiton, when I checked it last night after 10pm, it said: "this case has been approved on Oct. 22. " Hahaha...Magic Words

Now I believe INS is really working on processing our cases, just need to be patient. Best luck to all of you, you approvals are on the way.

Both my husband's and my 485 cases got approved. According to the INS web, approval notices were mail out on Oct 22.

485 filed on Nov 20th, 2001,
finger printed on Jan 11th, 2002 at medesto ( before the assigned date)

Desperate waiting since several my friends who got the similar RD and FP got the approval around 02/2002...

Asked for the employment verification from my previous employer who sponsored my LC and I-140

Respond to RFE - 08/2002
Stating that I am working in the same job category, with similar job duties and salary, and the case hasn't been adjudicated for more than 180 days. It took a little while to prepare all the documents, because the coordination between the old and new lawyer.

Approved - 10/2002

Got passport stamped today (will post the stamp experience in another thread).link
