Its my turn now to share the good news. My case got approved after RFE and 2nd finger printing.

Here are my details:

Case Approved: 03/31/2004

Documents requested in RFE are

Myself:
1) EVL , 2) last 3 yrs W2s and last 3 Paystubs, 3) evidence of current addr & 4) Copy of entire passport

Wife:
1) Evidence of on- going relation ship
2) Evidence of your husband’s ability to support
3) copy of SSN card
4) Copy of entire passport
5) evidence of current addr.

Stayed with the same employer from the start.

I am glad to share with you all that our (my spouse's & mine) I485 has been approved on March 29th, while we were out of the country. I had received the courtesy copy of approval in my Atlanta address on March 30th and my attorney received the original approval notice on April 6th.

Earlier, I had sent the documents for RFE in the first week of March to my attorney.

As we came back to USA only yesterday, we will go for stamping soon. I will update the stamping experience here.
