If you see any CSC I-485 approval any where on this board please post it to this thread with all the info (if it is not already posted to this thread). Please follow below guidelines while posting.
1. In the subject line, give it running serial number, member name (that got approved), and the subject line.
2. Entire text of their approval message (cut and paste including headers)
3. Please also provide a Link to that aproval thead/post (it helps a lot in maintaining summary as well as users can goto that thread to ask questions).


Also refrain from any other discussion (apart from just posting CSC I-485 approvals) in this thread so that we can keep it clean.

Oct 28,2004, USCIS sent reply to my attorney's enquiry to my old address and returned back. I came to know this on Nov 22
Got an email on Nov 3 from CSC saying my case is in line for adjudication with the adjudication officer. please allow sufficient time.
LUD - Nov 3, - FP results received
Nov4, 04 ( both me and spouse)
Senator letter on Nov 5
LUD on Nov 18, status disappeared from the system
Nov 17, receive a letter to send AR-11 for request of change of address.
Nov 22, called CSC emergency number
LUD on 11/24
Nov 29, got a call back from CSC emergency saying it vll b adjuducated in 60 days
LUD on 11/29, 11/30
Dec 1st - mailed AR-11 with my current address
Dec 2nd - approved - email received on Dec 3rd
Dec 3rd - I called to update the address
Waiting for approval notice!
 
I never had any LUD changes until after approval.
Here are my details,

Approved after "Detailed review"

I was having similar "Detailed review" status before.. I finally got approved.

Case # WAC-03-18X-XXX
ND: June 6, 2003
the only finger print: Sept 14.2004
FP results received: Sept 24, 2004

My spouse filed a follow-to-join in March 2004.
He got the FP result sent back at April 20, 2004.

Both of us got approved on Dec 7. (it is email approval.)

Finally with god's grade my 485 also approved without any RFE.

Here is my details.

Substitute LC EB3 (Priority date June 30 1999)

140/485/765 RD 9th Jan 2004
140/485/765 ND 12th Jan 2004
765 Approved Feb 2004
FP done April 2004
140 LUD change 5/14/2004, 11/23/2004 ( 140 Approval email and status change on the USCIS web also saying the approval notice mailed on 22nd November'04)
485 LUD 5/25, 10/27, 12/09( me and My wife)
Kids LUD 5/25, 12/09
485 approval email came at 2.00PM PST.

I saw clearly on my 140 approval notice that priority date was June 30, 1999 which was the original LC application date.

GC2002CA. ( My original LC is still in federal priority date 03/2002)

I-485 was approved on 12/15/04

I-140 was approved on 12/6/04. Received approval emailS of I-485 (MYSELF AND MY WIFE) at 6pm 12/15. Thanks God!!!

I was shocked that my wife and mine case got approved on 01/03/05 when I received an email from 485, CSC XII [CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov] by an officer this morning, then USCIS...

I would like to thank you indeed for this great website/orgnizers/attorneys/users which help us relief all the pains we suffered and guide us through the long dark night.

Finally my i485 had been approved before Christmas! That was the best gift for me! Thanks god!

No RFE
Interview on 11/04
suffer for one month to waiting after interview.
Finally we received I-485 approval letter before new year. Approval on 12/23/04.

Our cases were approved on Jan 7, 2005, but I got e-mail notification and update on Jan 10, 2005. It took only 3 days after the RFE was received on Jan 4, 2005.

There were many LUDs after the RFE was issued. I think they were ready to aprove the cases as soon as they receive the documents for the RFE.

Thank this forum and staffs! Thank Nathang! He encouraged me and his prediction was right!

i finally got my I14/485 approved on Jan 13, 2005. It was a long wait and I was very stressed out because of the uncertainties of my job. I worked on having CIS to answer if AC21 applies to concurrent cases that have been pending for 6 months. I did not have much success after about four months effort. I stopped actively mail/email/fax to senators/congresswomen and CIS around early Dec 2004.

Does anyone know of any new development of AC21 on pending I140? How about those cases who sent in AC21 letters before I140 approval in Texas and CSC? Sorry I am a little out of dated here for two months.

Please pay attention to the FOIA part because that's why my case got delayed. I think my second inquiry to I485 had triggered the process of both my overdue I140 and I485.
