Here is the case details

MD : 11/27/2001
RD : 11/28/2001
ND : 11/29/2001
WAC-02-053-5XXXX
FP done : 04/17/2002
FP Schd : 05/17/2002
Process Resumed on 04/23/2002. ( AVM updated in May/June )

Changed my residence in Apr, 2002. I mailed AR-11 form to CSC and washington address. In May, 2002 I filed EAD & AP with new
address. I called in June/July and conformed the new address.
Got AP approved in June. I dont know if the address got updated
because of AR-11 or because of EAD/AP applications.


Approved on. Aug 19, 2002

Checked AVM on Aug 19th night.
It played " Amended Notice for this case was mailed on Aug 19th, 2002. If 14 days passed...."

Aug 20, 2002 morning. AVM says "This case has been approved."

what do you mean by age out case?

My WAC # is 02-151-5 , I am wondering how long do I need to wait still.

Have received EAD, AP, and completed FP in June itself.

Any inputs in this regard are highly appreciated.

I have really a prob in RFE....

Labour and I140 already cleared


INS has asked me in RFE about education evaluation after post secondry school..
INS only wants education evaluation not professional exp.

my total education

Bachelor in Science (3Yrs)...
Aptech computer (Higher Diploma in CS) (2 Yrs )
Oracle Certification..

My Evaluator will give me 3yrs of Bachelor in US they don't count Higher Diploma in CS from Aptech...

We got a child that will turn 21 in November 2002. INS takes note of this and will try get I485 approved before that time.
(If the I-485 was not issued by that date, the child will not qualify for COS anymore)

I see they are working on Nov 2001 received applications (look at post above mine)

I had a slight jump ahead of others as mine was posted in Jan 2002, although I still have 2 months left in age-out case.

I am grateful that it is done now!

245(i) and their 485 appplications

I am goig through the 485 (AOS) process and was
wondering if the 245(i) applications also go to the
regular INS service centers. These applications
created a huge back log during the Labor Cert stage. Could you tell me if the same thing will happen for the AOS stage also. A
friend of mine told me that 245(i) applications go into Missouri Service Center. Is that correct ?

Hi all,
I've tried calling the INS umpteen times to get the status of my 485 appln and I'm unable to get thro'. The line is always busy. What is the best time to call the ins? Any specific number where I can get through to check the status?

Anyone with the WAC 02-109-xxxxx approved?
