All,

I have just the sweetest message on AVM at CSC, that says "Your case was approved on August 27th, and the approval notice will be mailed......" When I checked the cases status for my wife and two daughters, they were also approved on the same day. It sure has been a long journey (exactly 14 months from ND).

ND: 6/27/01
EAD: 9/19/01
FP : 11/30/01
FP : 4/30/0
RFE: 6/27/02
Approved: 8/27/02

My wait was too long that I almost gave up my hopes though I did not want to. So, for those who are still waiting, please do not give up. "If you wait, it would come....."

Message changed to 160 days on 08/14.
Approved on 08/27.

Hi All,
Could any one of you tell me how to Preschedule FP date. I have often seen people preponing by a month the FP date scheduled by INS. Will be great information for me.

had changed my address just After approval.
When I got it stamped on passport, gave new address.
Send seperate Ar-11 form to INS after I changed address for both me and my wife.

The plastic cards came to the new address.

Have not yet called IIO, INS.

The message board was a lot of help.
What I have seen INS is like a big pot. You submit your documents and hope for the best.
It takes its own time but it gets there.
