CSC I-140 EB1 Exec or Mngr tracker

Any i140 EB1 Multinational Managers Appoved for WAC 02 026 XXXXX

Has any i140 got approved for those filed in October 2001.

My details are

RD 10/12/2001
ND 10/30/2001

The AVM still says..will take between 60-90 days for such cases. It has alreday been 90 days since ND.

Any Idea what\'s going on.

The CSC processing times indicate that they are currently processing petitions received up to 12/26.

I received my i140 Approval 2 weeks back.

I heard through AVM saying RFE was mailed on 3/4. I don\'t have the details of the RFE yet but will post it once I get it.
