CSC: Has anyone got receipt for I-485 application filed after April 10, 2001

Filed around April 13, 2001. Still waiting for I-485 receipt from INS.
Can someone tell me how I can find out my RD and ND.
I have not got any receipt and so am anxious. Thanks

Talk to IIO at CSC and got same reply that we\'re 60 days backlogged.He said wait for 30 days from now to get receipts.

I think they are taking around 6 to 8 weeks for Receipt these days and they delay has increased becuase of too many 245 (i) applications.

My applications was sent on 5/23/01.

Vguru you are right. This morning i talk to my layer and he told me currently INS is taking about 7 to 8 weeks to send the receipt. He has already received receipts for the most of the cases that he applied about 8 weeks back.

Nep, not yet. I don\'t know whats going on with CSC, even checks are not cleared yet from bank. What about you?

I got all the receipts for I-485(AOS)/EAD/AP by my lawyer on 5/29/01 with RD: 4/16/01 and ND: 5/23/01.
Hopefully you should also get it soon.

I guess the delay started on the the first week of April and then things got worse. We need to see RD/ND for those guys first.

Got my 485-receipt finally. Got news from my attorney.
