CSC GC waiter >6m and Form G-731

Has anyone got a reply from CSC for a form G-731 inqury?(http://www.ins.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/g-731.htm )
I filled one about 1.5 month ago and so far nothing seem to get changed. No plastic and the AVM still says "Processing has been Completed ..... and your INS document will be mail as soon as it is ready"

Do we still use form G-731 for address change on mailing of the green card?

Please share you experiences!

For address change there is a different form - FORM AR11. You need to send that. But from the discussions in this board I have noticed that it is not enough if we just send the AR11 form for address change and it is better to talk to an IIO (going to be a BIG task) and update the same.
I am also in the same boat as you. My passport was stamped on July 30, 2001 and so far no plastic card though my husband got his plastic card in Nov. I am still waiting. My AVM message still says "This case has been approved..." ..blah blah and it has not changed after that..
I have not sent any Inquiry so far but planning to send one ASAP.

CSC address change mystery

Does the California Service Centers accept form AR11?
The impression I have it that AR11 is NOT used for Service Centers (e.g. CSC). The form is sent to Washington, DC. It seems to be used by a centralized INS database. This explains why address at CSC does not get changed by AR11!!!??? (MAYBE!).

Anyway one of the two pages of the from G-731 can be used for address changes at CSC in particular for the green card (maybe I-483!!? Another INS mystery). Call IIO should work but as long as I can get through!!

Form G-731

I had been waiting for a plastic since 15 months from NSC. I had sent G-731 three or four times, so far no reply.

I am not expecting any reply for this Enquiry now. I tried to call NSC never it went through!
