Division II handles: I-102, I-129, I-539, Premium Processing

Division III handles: I-130s, I-751s

Division IV handles: I-90 SAW, I-765 (EAD's), I-817, I-821 TPS, I-824, N-400, Legalization

gaidahan,

Division IV is responsible for I-485 and naturalization processing. This explains why we haven't seen any approval from CSC. I hope CSC starts working on I-485 after march 9/2003. The only thing we can do is to wait.

Sorry to sound realistic , but I think "reasons" would change ,but 485 are going no-where.
Today it is "TPS El Salvador Cases" ,tomarrow it would be "xyz".

And why in the hell is it that CSC is service center where such a priority is a priority.

Let us not make fool of ourself if we beleive all these boogy(ies) from CSC.

ANy guesses why CSC is not approving 485's

It’s also not true. They definitely produced CDs in alphabet order and first CD contains data for CSC. But we are too far from CIA headquarters and we have to wait till husky deliver CD to California.

Temporary Immigration Status (TPS)

What is TPS?

TPS is a temporary immigration status granted to eligible nationals of designated countries. During the period for which the Attorney General has designated a country under the TPS program, TPS beneficiaries are not required to leave the United States and may obtain work authorization. However, TPS does not lead to permanent resident status. When the Attorney General terminates a country’s TPS (unless that status had since expired or been terminated) or to any other status they may have been granted while registered for TPS.

Talked to an IIO today

The IIO mentioned that CSC is working on I-765.
The I-485 freeze is still there but will be lifted soon.

This seems like a journey without end. Waiting from time immemorial. And the saga and the torture continues.....

CSC is not interested in 485 approvals.

I-765 comes under Division III. So there is no surprise if we see some approvals on I-765.

DIVISION I (I-131, I-140, I-485, I-526, and I-529)
DIVISION II (I-102, I-129, I-539)
DIVISION III (I-129F, I-130, I-751)
DIVISION IV (I-90, SAW, I-765, I-817, TPS, N-400, Legalization)
DIVISION V (I-90, Waivers I-212/612, I-824, I-881, NACARA, Customer Service)

For I-485 (Division I), we can see some approvals after March 9, 2003, if they don't have any other work to do??????

CSC is not interested in 485 approvals.

Trying so hard to talk to IIO.

Independent1971,

Could you tell us the time of day that you successfully contacted INS. I have tried so many times, in the last four weeks to talk to an IIO to update my address, but never managed get through. The number 949 831 8427 seems to be permanently engaged.

I'd appreciate yours or anyone feedbacks on this question.

Thanks
