CSC - EB2 Truly Concurrent Pilot pending cases from Apr-01, 2004

I got EAD cards on sept 11 to the home address. I did not get the EAD approval notices yet. Online it says, on september 9th they have mailed the notices. I did not get them. Is anyone in the similar situation. When can I expect the approval notices. Thanks

hello jim,
what is "name check" ?? how did u find out ? I beleive name check is done with FP ?
 
Name check is independent from FP. Send a fax to FBI to request status of your name check. You can find more information in the forum.

I don't think you get any separate approval notices for EAD cards. You have to save the top of the mailer for the cards. I think that is considered to be the approval notice.
 
In my case , I got the EAD cards directly to my home address and the approval notice went to my lawyer.Check with your lawyer and see if they got the EAD approval notice for your case.
 
The I-140 and I-485 entries in my portfolio were updated this morning. I also got an email. But the message is the same. Does it mean an officer is working on my case ???

Any news of May-June-July filers?

Hi,

Any more news of I-140/I-485 approvals for the concurrent filers in the May 04 - July 04 timeframe? I wonder what the criteria for selection to the pilot program is/was. It had gotten our hopes so high. :(
