CSC Delays I485 Non concurrent

Hi- Has anybody in this forum done research on how long it takes to get the I485 approved after FP? This is for non-concurrent cases. Assuming the case is straight forward. Thanls Rahul!

there is no such thing as a straight forward case...any straight forward case can get complicated by USCUS/FBI combo. if you get selected for detailed review they will hold your case as long as they want. if not u will be approved in a month - no rhyme or rhythm.
 
Well waiting since feb 2002.
How can anything be straight forward with USCIS? expecting toooooooooooooooo much I guess.
