My case has nothing changed Since FP received last Oct.

Anyone updates from others on the same boat?

The processing date for 140/485 both changed to Oct already. Does this mean all cases before that processed already? Confused.

I've been a very occasional silent reader here preferring not obsess over things that are not in my hands. Starting with the labor in 2001 this has truly been a test! Recently got my i140 approved and now the anticipation is too great...

how long have to wait I485?

My I140 approval date is 04/07/05, I check my email many many time a time to hope see the wonderful email for the approval of my I485. It may happen from 1 minute to forever. I hate this long painful wait...welcome guys who are in the same situation to post your date and let us sharing information to get some hope.

Did you contact CSC to inquire what happend on your I485? How many days do you think it will take to get 485 after the approval of I140?

Hi september14_2004, your date is closed to my date. I have a question for you. Did your finger print result was received? How to find out the name check problem?
