Hi,
I have been trying thousands of times to get in touch with an IIO at CSC, in the past 2-3 weeks, but so far I have been unsuccessful. Their phone is either busy, or I get the message "All circuits are busy now...try your call later".
All I need to do is call them ONCE and find out if they received my FPs and if they are OK.
CIBA, do you think ISN can do something about the situation? In my opinion what will work best for everybody is a 1-900 number, where you pay to talk to an IIO.
