LUD update,but message not change,what is next
EB2 RIR transfered CSC to TSC,
I140/485 filed on Sept,28,2005
I140 AP 06/22/06 PD 03/25/2004
I485 LUD 03/27/2006,07/06/2006
today the LUD only update date,not on message, message still show
March 29,my I485 is transfered from CSC to TSC
what is next?

Are these cases approved from CSC or TSC? I assume you can check out by looking at previous scan status if there was transferring notice.

those are wac060055xxxx cases, filed to CSC and transfered to TSC

Just had I-485 LUD on 07/08 with message:
"On March 29, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done."
Pattern seems similar to what happened right before my I-140 approval in June end.
Just had I-485 LUD on 07/08 with message:
"On March 29, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done."
Pattern seems similar to what happened right before my I-140 approval in June end.

I also got two LUDs on 6/28 and 29 for 485, then nothing happended so far. My PD is just current on 7/1/06

I actully don't know what why PD is nor whether it is current or not.
My I-140/I-485 ND was 10/13/05 and there was no PD listed on the original receipt notices.
My I-140 has AD of 06/29/06 but I have not recd. the paper it and don't know if that approval notice will have PD or not. I recall seeing in some other forum that PD for NIW is ND of the I-140.
Is that true?
Anyway, in short, I don't know my PD.

For EB2-NIW and EB1, the PD is the ND of the 140. If you are NIW and from India or China mainland, PD is not current now. For people from other country, PD is current.

I'm still confused about one thing:
I did my concurrent filing before the end of Sept. 2005 to beat the retrogression since I'm from India. My forms reached USCIS on Sept.30, 2005 according to the USPS tracking records. However, seems they opened only on the follg. week and gave ND of 10/13/05. I was worried that my application would fall under retrogression. However, I was assured by some that since they had cashed my application checks and issued receipt notices, I would not come under retrogression. I think this happened to some others also who filed with CSC.
In that case, shouldn't my PD be current since in Sept. 2005, the deadline before retrogression, all EB2-NIW, EB1, etc. for India was current?
What do I have wrong in this scenario?
Any clarification of this will be highly appreciated.

Your PD must be current when your I485 is being processed. If visa number is not available currently for your PD, your I485 cannot be processed. In September since the retrogressed numbers were not announced you were able to file I485. However that does not mean your case will be processed until your PD is current. It is good you were able to file for I485 - as you can take advantage of portability provisions.
Hope that answers your question.

but, when since i filed 140/485 together and my PD should be 10/13/05 according to ND of my I-140 (EB2-NIW) and in Sept. 2005 visa bulletin said this category was current, doesn't that make my PD current too?
Because according to july 2006, they are not processing PDs of 2003 in this category.
