No, my case is not approved. No change in LUD or message after the "we received your response" LUD dated Feb 28th.

Primary got the "card mailed" LUD on march 2nd. That is not the one with the RFE. Spouse case has the RFE.
 
Approved. Got email today. LUD is yesterday's and approval date is day before's. 3/14/05.

How Long To Wait For 485 Rfe?

GUYS,

I'M A CSC CONCURRENT FILER EB3 I-140/I-485 RD 7/1/4

ON 3/14/05 MY I-140 GOT APPROVED (THANK GOD)...
BUT THERES NO NEWS ... NO LUD ON MY 485!?!

WE HAVE NOT DONE OUR MEDICAL YET , SO I'M EXPECTING RFE.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE RFE FOR MEDICAL AFTER I-140 APRROVE DATE?

whrismygc, RFE will come only when they take up the 485, and I have no idea when they will. The focus of this thread is to how long it takes from the time an RFE is issued.

My Question Is Why Did The Lud Change Only For Me & Spouse(4/1, 4/4) Not Daughter(4/1)? Anyone In The Same Boat Pls Reply!!!

My fried (not in CSC), but a Eb3 retroressed got a similar RFE for 485?

Any idea why they get? Would they be processing them fast?
