CSC 485 processing

I had been reviewing all the service center 485 approvals for
last few weeks on rupnet.
I observed that all center except CSC are cunking out 485.
lots of approvals everyday on rupnet site for all the service center except csc.
for example lot at the approvals posted today on rupnet.

Why is CSC 485 approval are very rare?
even though more people work at CSC and also number of cases are more at csc.

how about a petition to the Governor?

how about sending a signed petition to the Governor, and since this is election time, and a very very genuine request, and other INS offices are much faster than CSC....

But who will bell the cat? I think the people who already got their approvals should help us here, without jeopardising the identity.

What's the point? The INS doesn't answer to him. They are an agency of the Justice Department.
