my RFE is approved..
Hi,
My case also had RFE for original labor certificate, some Company tax things and asking for my experience/traning letters...Basically the person who filed didn\'t send any letters or cetificate alongwith.
Then again they took 2 weeks to review the RFE and send it back...My EB3 got approved...I filed for EB2 also since the same person by mistake file EB3..who cares though...
Nways finally it got approved.
ND: 10/08/01
RFE: 11/15/01 by AVM got it on 11/20/01
Sent out on 12/10/01 from my office
ND: 11/17/01 from AVM
Approved: 11/19/01 AVM...I cjecked message yesturday...
Best luck guys...Don\'t get fustrated..let\'s take its own time..and we can\'t really do much if it takes time...so don\'t spoil your days...
