Cross Chargeability

Does any body knows about cross chargeabily? My wife was born in the country whose priority date is current (she is,currently,also a citizen of that country). Is it possible I can use her country\'s priority date. Any body know such kind of cases? What it take to do that?

Everything is current now, so it doen\'t matter at this time. Just file the papers as soon as you can.

I believe you can. Talk to your lawyer. ( priority dates might retrogress in the future )
