Cross Chargeability

Hi, I am going to apply for I485(EB3) with my wife(F1 visa). Can I use
cross chargeability since my wife is born and citizen of a country whose PD is current and most likely it will remain current? Is it
true that if PD for EB3 (India) retrogress in future my case(485) at INS
will still be in process rather than sitting at 485 stage and waiting for
PD to be current? And finally, do I need any special form to fill that will go with I485?

As of now you don\'t need to

cros charge as all dates are current for India.....
If you anticipate that the dates may go back, there is a provision for
cross-charging....
