Critical H1 Transfer Issue

I have arrived in US before two months.I was having H1 with company A.thenafter i switched to company B.I have a receipt of h1 transfer from company B but transfer is in process.Now company A notifies me for withdrawal of H1. I have got good position in company C.so can i begin the process of h1 transfer in company C?please give me advice.

No you cannot transfer to company C because you currently do not have an approved and valid H1-b to transfer from. you must wait until the H1B for company B is approved.

You should be able to run transfer during another transfer is pending. Each transfer is new petitions and there is no limitation how many petitions you can run in parallel.
However, one condition has to be met. For tranfer to C being approved, transfer to B must be approved. It's called bridging issue.
