Critical H1 transfer issue for changing employers

I left my last job on 20th Jan 2006 in VA where I was working on H1 for less than one year, before that I was on F1. I came to Bay area, CA to find new job. I joined a new job on 6th March ‘06, and new company (Say company A) applied for H1 transfer and it is still in processing. I have been getting pay regularly from company A now.

I have a very good offer from a company (Say company B), so my question is, can I join company B,

If yes, then how/what will happen to undergoing company A's H1 transfer process?

Company B is ready for H1 transfer application, if I join them?

I am also afraid about my company A's h1 transfer application approval as I was out of job from 20th Jan till 6th March. Any comments about it?

First wait for Comp A transfer, you may get RFE to produce 3 pay stubs. But you do not have from Jan - March.

If your transfer to Comp A is approved, then go for comp B.
