criteria for FP’s ???

My I-485 ND is Sep ’03 (VSC) and haven’t received FP notice? Any ideas what is the schedule for FP's or criteria for FP’s ?

My understanding is that the fingerprint notices are generated by the local ASC's depending on their schedule so I don't see how changing your address or applying for an EAD would trigger a fingerprint notice.

If your ASC is a busy one it may take longer for the FP notice to be sent.

Yes I did. I changed my address and infomed by calling 800#.

BTW, I want to apply for 2nd EAD. Which way is better? Online or Paper? Please suggest.
