Just curious about the change of case status CRIS emails for AP and EAD and I-485. Is it a fixed time? and if so what time? I am seeing LUD on my AP 5/24, 5/25 and now 5/29 but no status change.

For my I-140 I got emails exactly at 10 PM EST both for PP upgrade and approval.
 
It probably just means that your AP is very close to approval and you shd be getting your approval email v soon. This happened in my case as well. LUDs 2 times before the final approval.

the same thing happend in my case of AP LUd on 24th, 25th and 29th and then nothing. have u got your approval emails.

Nothing. I see some have only one LUD and approval. I don't know what is going on.

What is the status of your EAD?
 
I have not applied for EAD but I got my daughtes Ap last week. she had one LUD and approval. do you think they are not updating messages anymore and just sending the approvals or they might have certain days to mail.

perhaps they need more processing time. Hopefully it is not RFE. What was the LUD on your daughter's case.

Is ur RD also 4/26/07?
 
They misplaced my Photo's. I sent Photo's on may29th and Message changed on may 30th that they recieved Photos and processing has resumed.
LUD Changed agin today. I am hoping to recieve next week as my wife already recieved Parole on may 18th.

any updates nothing in my case i wonder what happend. looking in the mail for some RFE.

any updates. i was looking for any type of rfe in the mail but so far nothing. have you or your attorney receieved anything. i wonder what is going on. my travel dates are coming near. why they have to touch it 3 days in a row and them leave it alone.
 
nothing in my case either...no more LUD either...

May be it is at the desk of an officer who went on leave ...:mad:
 
Just got CRIS email that cases were approved today (6/4/07). Now I-765 and then I-485 :rolleyes:
