CRIS Email Reopening I129 Petition 4 MONTHS after I-485 approval

Hi ,

My 8th year extension was filed for extending my H1-B from 03/2007 to 03/2008.

I got my I-485 approved as future employee in 12/2007. I switched to future employer in Jan/2008.

Today, I got below CRIS email :

The above was filed by my previous employer .


Now what should i do ?

Same thing for me - any ideas?

Today I got the same notice on my approved H1 extension from 2007 about 1.5 years after my 485 was approved. Are they just revoking the H1 because the GC is approved now?
 
employer withdrew H1

Finally heard from attorney, my H1 was valid till 2011 and the lawyers recently asked USCIS to cancel the H1 since i got my GC.
If you get such an email on your H1 after you get your GC then don't worry.

Can you please tell me what the resolution was on this thread ?
I got exact same email but I have not received the notice yet .

Dhirendra: What did your notice say? how did you handle this ?
I recently changed employers so I don't have access to a lawyer

H1 was valid from 2006 to 06/2009 and I got GC in Nov 2008 and changed jobs in Mar 2010 , so I cannot figure out why they would send this now.

Please help.
