Criminal conviction - Pls help

I am in my H1 visa working for a company for the past four years. My visa expires in Jul'03 and can be extended for one more year. Also I have applied for my green card which is in Labor clearance stage. Unfortunately, I was arrested for 5th degree domestic assault a month back(first arrest). After consulting immigration attorney, my criminal attorney negotiated for "disorderly conduct". I had to serve a week in jail with work release and the probation of one year to community services. How does this conviction affect my
1. Travel outside US as my job nature demands. Will there be a problem at the port of entry?
2. H1 extension or H1 transfer?
3. Green card processing

travel crossing POE or h1 will not be affected.
GC might be affected, consult the immigration lawyer who negotiated the case. Maybe you can take up some community service (like another user of this forum did) to offset this...
 
Thanks for the response jaxen. Is there any procedure like taking community services to offset or something? Can you or somebody give more information on the same.

Your help would be highly appreciated
