Any one can not do credit check without your permission.

No need to worry about credit history. The US is a country of people with bad credits, it starts with the federal govt itself, and it will be a hypocritical for them to expect you to have stellar credit. The only problem is if you try to use USCIS credit, by not filling the correct fee in your applications....lol!!! Best wishes to you.
