Creating an account with USCIS

Hi all

I am trying to create an account with USCIS. Tried to do that before but I have a problem. There is a problem with the password. I get a note that I need to use an upper character and a lower character.

I understand that the lower characters are , . ! etc

What are the upper characters? I entered ' " but it didn't work.

Please help!
 
I unedrstood "those characters" different way. I created my account sucesfully few moths ago using caps letters and small in my password.
Let say: Myacc
I don't remember if they ask for digits in the pasword.
 
I created an account just now as well..and entered my case information..i had my interview for I 485 first week of feb this year and it still shows the date of when my application was sent which was in july 05..i dont understand why no change has been shown to my account..any ideas?
