Hello, I am returning user to this wonderfull forum.
I would like to share my most recent BCIS encounters with you all:
spouse (principal) I485 RD 5/01, ND 8/01; mine 3/02 pending @ TSC. I-140: NIW self petition.
moved from GA to CO one year ago, and nightmare starts.
Filed my 2nd EAD renewal from CO to TSC in 1/03, case transfered to local office at !!El Paso, TX??, got interim card at Denver office for 90 days, Denver request re-transfere, unsure where the file is now.
spouse filed 3rd EAD in 4/03 to TSC, TSC mail room rejected the application citing wrong jurisdiction; re-filed to Nebraska, got receipt notice 5/03. now BCIS website updated saying case transfered back to TSC.
I am deeply depressed and extremily upset at BCIS. Of course, there is no competent people there to bother to do their job. Thou expert on kicking the balls.
I wrote to senators, governor, even president and vice. Same government principal is applied. kicking the balls by referring my letter back to BCIS...
Just want to share my sad experience... Thanks.
