I really need some help!!!!
I am an internatinal student on F1 status. Last year, 2004, I did a 2 semester full time co-op with a company and now I have been offered another full time co-op for the period jan 2006-june2006. My International student advisor is telling me that I cant do this co-op as I have already completed 2 semester full time co-op. I have been doing my research online and there is nothing that states that I cant do another co-op , all it states that if I do more that I would be ineligible for my OPT. I am willing to lose my opt but I just want reassurance that I can do this co-op and that there is nothing legally stopping me from doing so.
Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
