CPT issue

Hi,

I wanted to know the requirement for a CPT. Does an internship HAVE to be part of the curriculum for all students in that department or if I have it in my program of study would that be acceptable?

Please help!

By course of study you mean program of study, right? internship is an optional choice in the graduate syllabus in my department and we can get 3-hour credit for it, but it's not a requirement. so i wanted to know if it's in my personal program of study, then i should be able to do it as a CPT, right?
