CPT: How fast can I start once I enroll in an MBA program?

I have completed my bachelors in the US using an F1visa, I am currently on my OPT expiring in May 20th. The company I'm working for has agreed to file my H1B, but I have a gap between May 20th to Oct 1st when I can officialy start under my H1. If I get enrolled into an MBA program starting on June 2005, Can I immediatly work part time in my current company using a CPT during the gap? Or is there a rule that I'll have to be in the program for 1 year to start my CPT. Or is the rule I have to be in F1 status for more than year( then I qualify cause I've been on the F1 status for 4 years so far?)
I received varying answers from different schools. Most of them said I need to be in the program for atleast a year while one said that since I've been on F1 status, It's ok.

Well..
I found out the answer for this from the Intl. office of a prospective university, incase anybody's interested.
If you've already been on F1 status for more than 1 year, then once you enroll in the new program, in this case, an MBA, I can start my CPT immediatly; work on full time or part time.
