Cp without I-824 possible?

hi all,

I filed my I-485 3 yrs back and it is still not approved. i now want to get CP done from Delhi.
Can i get CP done without 824, if so please give me pointers and i\'ll really appreciate your help.

You qualify for the 6 mont prtabilty of your GC pettition

that means you can chnage jobs without adversely affecting GC process if your job is in the same field.

Now by opting for CP you will be "abandoning" your 485.
If it has been three years since 485 application your file might be stuck some where... try checking with your attorney and INS on the status.
Check if INS processing time are still valid for you or you have fallen off the radar

Depends on which consulate you\'re applying to. Delhi may accept an AC140 without 824.
