Yes.

That's complicated, and there probably won't be a concrete answer on how soon you can leave the employer after GC approval until there is a published court case about it. See http://forums.immigration.com/showthread.php?154533

Reading the link you provided, it is tricky and I do not want to take a chance.

I just wish that I get my GC in 6 months and put an end to the misery of 10 long years of waiting.
