Hi, Guys,

Has any of you has filed 485 after choosing CP during I140 stage and having the case acturally being received by the consulate? In other words, has any of you has filed 485 when the consulate was planning to schedule you an immigration visa interview?

If so, I'd really appreciated your input here? What steps need to be done here? Any concerns?

I don't know how much this info can help

I opted for CP at I-140 stage and filed I-485 just the other day.
However, I did this after responding a reconfirm letter and before P3. Probably, my lawyer got P3. P3 has never been sent to US embassy in my home country.

We didn't file I-824 (?) to change the routes.
We just filed I-485 with I-140 approval notice and the other necessary docs.

I received receipts for I-485 and EAD last week.

Your lawyer may have the answer, I hope.
