CP to AOS changers - Did your 140 LUD Change after approval?

Hello Folks,

For those that filed 140 as CP, but later changed to 485, can you please lookup your LUD on 140 and see if it changed after approval? Here is the scenario:

1. I filed 140 with CP option in July 2002
2. 140 was approved in Oct 2002.
3. Changed to AOS and filed 485 in Jan 2003
4. LUD on 140 changed in May 2003.

There is no reason I can think of that the LUD on 140 should have changed 6-7 months after approval. Except that may be NSC had sent my 140 file to the respective consulate and then, once they saw that I filed 485, they called it/got it back, which in turn updated the LUD.

If you changed from CP to AOS, could you please look up your 140 LUDs and see if this theory makes sense.

Well, my I140 got approved on 9/15/04 and the LUD changed to 9/16/04
and thats it.

But, my EAD LUD changed (my wife's too) to 11/29/04 where as the
approvals for the EAD's came in during June 2004.

I think when press ENTER on their system to look at the case the LUD automatic changes even if they dont touch anything, LUD doent make any sense, it only tells you when was the last time when some one opened your case file last time.
