I have a issue with the salary. I make 20 % less than labor stated salary.
Company initially agreed to pay me the salary, But they have a ethical issue and they are thinking it is like lying to INS. I am arguing with the company that I have to be paid the GC salary atleast for 3 months after my GC approval. Is this right. Will the INS or BCIS check on this.
I might have my interview in June. Before that I need to convince my employer that they will be okay if they pay me 3 months GC salary. If I do not convince my employer they are asking me to the 485 route.
I would really appreciate your inputs.
