If one gets his labor approved in EB2 category and he is not from India/China/Mexico does the retrogression affect his green card process? I mean is there a risk during those 6 months you wait to get your interview date that retrogression might affect the EB2 category for the rest of the world? Thanks.

There is always the risk it could retrogress. NO ONE knows for sure what will happen.

Chances are that except India/China/Mexico/Phili rest of the world should be ok. That's the best case. But you never know.
